JAR-MET on iOS and Android. 4 apps, one workflow from customer to fulfillment.

We have launched 4 mobile apps — 2 each for iOS and Android: a public app for customers and a dealer app for commercial partners. These are not separate tools working side by side, but one streamlined workflow that guides users from machine configuration and parts selection, through quotation and pricing, all the way to order submission. No unnecessary phone calls, emails, or repeating the same information at every stage.

Two apps. Two roles.

Public App

An app for end customers and machine users. It offers a full catalogue with descriptions, photos, videos, and specifications. The configurator lets you select beam width, tank capacity, nozzles, and additional equipment step by step, then generate a ready-made PDF quote. It also includes a spare parts catalogue, an interactive dealer map, and 4 professional calculators — for spraying, fertilizer spreading, seeding cover crops, and salt spreading. Once configuration is complete, the user sends an enquiry to the selected dealer with a full description of their needs. Available in 5 languages: PL, EN, DE, FR, ES.

Dealer App

An app for authorized dealers and commercial partners. It allows you to configure machines with dealer pricing, prepare quotes and PDF offers, handle customer enquiries, order spare parts, and track order history. The dealer receives push notifications about new cases and has quick contact with the manufacturer. When an enquiry is ready for fulfillment, it can be forwarded as a prepared, personalized order for a specific customer. Access is secured by account authorization.

What the apps offer

The public app gives users access to the full range of machinery — from simple mounted sprayers to advanced, automated machines. The built-in configurator lets you assemble a machine from selected variants and additional equipment, while the spare parts catalogue makes it easy to order operational components independently. Four calculators have been designed with everyday fieldwork in mind: they help estimate spraying parameters, fertilizer spreading rates, cover crop seeding rates, and salt spreading rates. The entire system works in 5 language versions — Polish, English, German, French, and Spanish. The interactive dealer map helps you find the nearest service point in seconds.

How the process works

Customer starts with specifics

The customer opens the JAR-MET public app and independently configures a machine — selecting the variant, attachments, and additional equipment. They can browse the spare parts catalogue or use one of the 4 calculators. Instead of a general question about a machine, they give the dealer a concrete starting point for further discussion. As a result, the sales conversation is more focused, faster, and better organized from the very beginning.

Dealer takes over the enquiry

The dealer receives a notification and can act immediately. From within their app, they configure the machine with dealer pricing, refine the offer, prepare a quote, and generate a professional PDF document. In practice, this means less manual data entry, less confusion, and significantly faster proposal preparation. Some details may be finalized outside the app — by phone, email, or in a meeting.

Factory receives a ready order

From within the app, the dealer forwards a ready-made, personalized order to the manufacturer. Production does not start from gathering missing information, but from a clear, organized set of agreements — machine configuration, customer data, and commercial terms. Production can begin immediately, based on data collected through the entire workflow.
