Single-Rotor Rotary Rake
Working width 3,5 or 4,4 m · 9 or 11 arms · PTO 540 rpm · working speed 6–12 km/h.
Rotary rake 1-driven mounted on three-point linkage tractor, for mowing and turning green manure into windrows.
Windrowing
Rotary rake 1-rotor in 3 variants: 3,5 m on support wheels (type Z206), 3,5 m TANDEM and 4,4 m TANDEM (type Z206/1). Full technical parameters and Equipment in subsequent sections. Select your configuration in the głównym konfiguratorze.
3,5 m, 3,5 m TANDEM and 4,4 m TANDEM.
Z206 — working width 3,5 m, weight 410 kg. Z206/1 — working width 4,4 m, weight 570 kg. Tandem chassis improves ground following.
27 or 44 double spring tines.
Z206: 9 arms with 3 double spring tines. Z206/1: 11 arms with 4 double tines.
Rotor speed 340 rpm.
Drive from the tractor PTO shaft via bevel gear. Working speed 6–12 km/h.
Single-rotor rake construction
The single-rotor rake guides crop through the rotor, cam track and tine arms into a formed windrow. The wheels follow ground contours, while the swath curtain defines the width of the deposited crop.
Key Technologies
One shoulder rotation, three finger phases
The cam-track guided roller smoothly changes the tine angle: from an almost vertical position during raking to a near-horizontal position when releasing material.
- PTO with bevel gearbox
- Cam-driven rotor
- Arms with finger pairs
- Side windrowing screen
- Copying wheels under the rotor
- Materiał przed maszyną i odłożony pokos
Tines guide material towards the windrow.
Angle adjustment allows material to be windrowed without scattering.
Arm returns to working position before the next cycle.
Cam-driven rotor
Rollers on notched shafts run along the cam inside the housing. During 1 rotation, they shift the tines from a near-vertical to a horizontal position to lift them after material release.
Arms with finger pairs
Radial arms collect material using flexible, double tines. The number of arms and tines depends on the width of Z206 or Z206/1, therefore the point represents a product family rather than a single fixed value.
Side windrowing screen
The yellow screen is positioned where the cam lifts the tines. The material loses Contact with the arms, settles on the screen surface, and forms a one windrow.
Copying wheels under the rotor
Support close to the working axis maintains tine clearance despite field irregularities. The TANDEM variant increases following capacity, but is not the same configuration as the standard support wheels.
One rotor, precisely formed windrow
Select a rake element and see the full cycle: the drive rotates rotor, the cam track guides the tines, the screen receives material, and the wheels follow the terrain.

PTO with bevel gearbox
Frame suspends the machine on 3 tractor points, and the drive from PTO changes direction in a bevel gear to reach the vertical rotor shaft. This point does not resolve the disputed status of the external roller in delivery.
