Large double-disc line for fertilizing at widths up to 24 m and tanks up to 2000 kg.
SR is designed for farms that require larger capacity and a wider operating range. The model selection should take into account the tractor's power, three-point linkage lifting capacity, tramlines, and required fertilization efficiency.

Overview
Greater reach
SR makes sense when efficiency and reduced downtime during filling are key. Tractor stability, even operation of both discs, and seed control in wedge-shaped areas and at field boundaries are key when applying large quantities.
More capacity means fewer fills.
Payload capacity 800, 1200, 1500 or 2000 kg with a curb weight from 234 to 306 kg. The larger version requires less filling, but also places higher demands on the tractor.
At the field boundaries, you can work with one disc.
Disengaging one spreading disc allows for one-sided spreading. The same system closes the filling holes during the pass.
The tractor selection must take into account a full hopper.
Please specify the power requirement from 50 to 75 kW and the tractor class 1,4 (SR 800 and SR 1200) or 2,0 (SR 1500 and SR 2000). The front axle must be loaded with at least 20 % the tractor's empty weight.

How to select and set up the machine
Tractor
We provide the tractor class 1,4 for SR 800 and SR 1200 and 2,0 for SR 1500 and SR 2000. The front axle must be loaded with at least 20 % of the tractor's empty weight.
Dosage
Settings are found in the spreading tables for the given fertiliser, working width, and speed. The machine's application rate range is 65–1000 kg/ha.
Border
At the field boundary, you can turn off one disc and spread only the other. For each pass, the spreader is raised to a height of 0.3 m.

Full Band, Boundary, and Limiter (Optional)
Compare the three working geometries viewed from above. Boundary mode disables one disc; the optional limiter physically limits the flow direction at the edge, if ordered with the machine.

Both discs create a symmetrical band on the left and right sides.

The calculator estimates fertiliser demand and working time. Set the actual rate with the stop screw using the application-rate chart for the selected fertiliser, working width and speed. The operating range is 65–1000 kg/ha, maximum working width is 24 m, and the chart covers 10, 12, 15, 18 and 21 m. Filling and travel times are estimates.
