Mounted field sprayers with manually foldable boom
Tank 200–1200 l · Boom 8–18 m · UDOR · ARAG
Italian tank Vetroresina Padana in a compact design, diaphragm pumps UDOR, heads Agroplast and ARAG, working booms from 8 to 18 m with optional control ISOBUS. Design optimised for a low centre of gravity and stable handling of the set on headlands. Select the variant and options at authorised dealer or at main configurator.
Small and medium-sized fields
Capacity matched to the area — from 200 l to 1200 l tank in 7 variants. The manually extendable boom 8–18 m provides full control over the treatments without the boom's hydraulic system. Italian components (Vetroresina Padana, UDOR) and leading-edge field controllers (ARAG, ISOBUS) ensure dose repeatability and stability in irregular fields. 31 configuration variants —from a basic manual machine to a full ISOBUS with GPS configuration. Configuration is available in the master configurator or from an authorised dealer.
Triple system in one body.
Vetroresina Padana - main tank + rinsing + hand washing in one compact body. Low centre of gravity, reduced load on the three-point linkage, improved maneuverability on headlands.
Four capacities to choose from.
ZETA 70 / 100 / 140 / 170 — a diaphragm-piston pump selected according to the capacity and width of the boom. Quiet, resistant to work with liquid fertiliser solutions (RSM).
From manual fittings to ISOBUS.
Standard: Agroplast single heads. Options: 3-position Agroplast/ARAG, constant pressure valves, computers ARAG BRAVO 180/350/400 S, DELTA 70T, ISOBUS IBX100, sensor GPS, boom hydraulics from 15 m.
Boom and Spray liquid
Boom 8–12 m, manually foldable, liquid system with pump UDOR. Economical option for small and medium-sized farms, mounted on the tractor's three-point linkage.
Key Technologies
Manual flow division per boom
Booms have 3 or 5 sections. The diagram shows a five-section manifold and the principle of circuit selection, without assigning the standard electric control from the cab.
The valve levers are positioned across the manifold, so flow to the boom is cut off.
A single manifold circuit is open, so fluid only reaches one section of the boom.
In the diagram, three of the five circuits are open; In the machine, the choice depends on whether the boom is 3 or 5-sectional.
The liquid flows to all sections of the boom in use, and the level in the tank decreases the fastest.
The drawing is a diagram of the structure and operating principle. The number of valves corresponds to a five-section boom; a three-section boom has three.
Anatomy of a mounted boom sprayer
The four points show the tank, folding boom, arm end protection, and three-point linkage frame.

Tank close to the tractor
The tank is mounted directly in the suspended frame, creating a short and compact machine. Available capacities range from 200 to 1200 l.
Manually foldable boom package boom
The arms fold mechanically and rest on supports above the frame. For the 8–15 m beams the position adjustment remains manual, while the 18 m beam has hydraulic lifting.
Underrun protection spring
A spring at the end of the folded arm allows the boom tip to deflect upon contact with an obstacle and return to the working position.
three-point linkage frame
Lower pins and an upper hitch point connect the machine to the tractor's rear three-point linkage. The frame simultaneously supports the weight of the tank and the folded boom.

Which option fits your tractor?
Only for the set IBX100 + Delta 70TAnswer the questions - we'll show you the optimal option.
Does your tractor have a ISOBUS socket (usually at the rear)?
Do you want the Delta 70T to be your main terminal?
Delta 70T as the main terminal ISOBUS
The tractor has a socket ISOBUS — you connect through it, but this Delta 70T in-cab is the main operating screen for the mounted sprayer.

Factory tractor terminal (Delta NIE used)
The tractor has its own terminal ISOBUS VT. The sprayer is displayed on the tractor monitor. The smallest kit - without an additional screen in the cab.

| Hydraulic Harness (7 functions) | 4679000.191B |
| Section valve harness (5) | 4679000.195 |
❌ NIE you need: Delta 70T, adapter 4679002.208, harness 4679002.251 - you are using the factory terminal.
⚠️ If the tractor has multiple terminals VT — make sure only one is active.
Delta 70T as a stand-alone (no ISOBUS in the tractor)
Your tractor does not have a socket ISOBUS or it doesn't work. The Delta 70T works as a standalone unit — connected directly to the battery and mounted sprayer.
| Terminal VT Delta 70T | 4675202 |
| IBX100 ISOBUS control unit | 4679004 |
| Monitor Adapter - UCS (Delta ↔ UCS) | 4679002.208 |
| Tractor harness NON-ISOBUS (stand-alone) | 4679002.400 |
| Cable UCS Tractor ↔ IBX100 (10 m) | 4679002.501A |
| Sensor harness + main valve + adjustment | 4679000.110 |
| Hydraulic Harness (7 functions) | 4679000.191B |
| Section valve harness (5) | 4679000.195 |
🔄 Difference vs. Variant 1: harness NON-ISOBUS 4679002.400 instead of 4679002.251 — powered by the tractor battery without a socket ISOBUS.
