Single-disc fertiliser spreaders JM

Single-disc PTO shaft-driven spreader - light, easy to use, spreading width 6–14 m.

Metal tank

In the field and on access roads — JM chosen by farms and entities responsible for internal roads, yards, and parking lots when simple operation and predictable operation are important. Operating principle · JM

From the power take-off shaft to the fertiliser belt

The four stages show the operating sequence of the single-disc fertiliser spreader JM: mounting on the rear three-point linkage, driving the disc with the PTO shaft, opening both shutters, and spreading one-sidedly at the field edge. The drawing is a construction diagram and does not represent the spreading pattern.

The spreader hangs on two lower pins and a top link of the rear three-point linkage. The PTO shaft is stationary, both sliders are closed, and the tank remains full.

The PTO shaft transfers 540 rpm to the angular gear, which in turn transfers the Ø540 mm vertical axis of the disc with four vanes. The sliders continue to shut off the fertiliser.

Both hand levers open the sliders. Fertiliser flows through two metering holes onto the rotating disc, while the agitator maintains the flow at the bottom of the tank. Spreading is done to the left and right.

Closing the left lever seals off the left opening. Material feeds only from the right side, so the belt moves to the right. The working width 6–14 m is adjusted separately by tilting the blade using the top link.

    The steel tank distinguishes the JM from the plastic JP family. The capacity is selected from the catalogue variants 300–800 kg.

  2. Two gate valve levers

    Levers control the metering holes in the bottom of the hopper. You can set the spreading to be even on both sides or limit the flow at the edge.

  3. Single-disc spreader

    A single disc with four vanes spreads the fertiliser using centrifugal force. The vane geometry and shutter position influence the spreading width and symmetry.

  4. Bevel gear and PTO shaft input

    The drive from the PTO shaft changes direction in the angle gear and is transmitted to the vertical axis of the spreading disc.

  5. Rear three-point linkage lower pins

    The frame supports the machine on the lower links and the tractor's upper link. The visible pin is one of the two lower mounting points.
