Trailer field sprayers with manually foldable boom
Tank 1200–2500 l · boom 12–21 m · drawbar · pumps UDOR
Thirteen variants P368, P158 and P144: tanks 1200–2500 l, beams 12–21 m and pumps UDOR ZETA 100–200.
Simple Trailed
Instruction manual data for the 13 variants of the includes capacity, weight, dimensions, pump, sections, boom lift, fluid system, wheels, and tractor requirements. The 12 and 15 booms are lifted by a winch, while the 18 and 21 booms are lifted by hydraulics.
Four nominal capacities.
1200, 1600, 2000 and 2500 l, with the maximum fill specified separately for each class.
ZETA 100, 140, 170 or 200.
Each pump is assigned to a specific pair of capacity and boom width.
Operating parameters without guesswork.
Nozzle spacing 500 mm, height 500–1700 mm, three filtration stages and sections depending on width.
Boom and Spray liquid
The boom is manually folded. The manufacturer recommends winch lifting for 12/15 m and hydraulic lifting for 18/21 m.
Key Technologies
From transport lock to operation
The arm movement is performed by the operator. The demonstration separates unlocking, manual unfolding, and boom positioning—without suggesting hydraulic wing drive.
MANUALThe wings do not move automatically.
1200–2500 l5 section
- Tank between axle and drawbarThe fluid body is mounted low in the frame. The offer includes capacities from 1200 to 2500 litres, and the specific version determines the pump and tyres.
- Manually folded boomThe boom segments are mechanically folded and stored in a transport lock. This simpler system reduces the number of hydraulic components requiring maintenance.
- Constant Pressure Valve 5 - SectionalA valve block with a pressure gauge distributes fluid to the boom sections and maintains consistent pressure while closing selected sections.
- Drawbar and Parking StandA rigid drawbar connects the machine to the tractor, while a lowerable parking stand absorbs the front weight when parked and makes reconnecting easier.
- Ladder and Service PlatformSteps lead to the upper tank filler, and the side position allows access without interfering with the drawbar and valve block.
Key features of the manually folded boom version
Check five points on the machine: from the boom and tank to the valves, drawbar parking stand, and service access.

3 mounting variants
- Variant 1: Tractor MA socket ISOBUS + Delta 70T (ISOBUS-compliant)
- Variant 2: Tractor MA own terminal VT (Delta NIE used)
- Variant 3: Tractor NIE has ISOBUS — Delta 70T stand-alone (NON-ISOBUS)
When: Full control ARAG regardless of the tractor. The decision tree will help you choose the right option.
Which option fits your tractor?
Only for IBX100 + Delta 70TAnswer the questions.
Does your tractor have a ISOBUS connector?
Is the Delta 70T the main terminal?
Delta 70T as the main terminal
The tractor has a socket ISOBUS, but Delta 70T operates the sprayer. The most complete package - the same comfort regardless of your tractor.
| Terminal VT Delta 70T | 4675202 |
| IBX100 ISOBUS control unit | 4679004 |
| Monitor Adapter - UCS (Delta ↔ UCS) | 4679002.208 |
| Power Harness + ISOBUS + Monitor | 4679002.251 |
| Cable UCS Tractor ↔ IBX100 (10 m) | 4679002.501A |
| Sensor harness + main valve + adjustment | 4679000.110 |
| Hydraulic harness - boom lifting (7 functions) | 4679000.191B |
| Section valve harness (5) | 4679000.195 |
🔧 Cable alternatives UCS: 3m=.503A 6m=.505A · 14m=.504A · 18m=.500A · 9 hydraulic functions=.192B · 7 sections=.197
Factory tractor terminal (Delta NIE used)
The tractor has its own terminal ISOBUS VT. The sprayer is displayed on the tractor monitor. The smallest set - no additional screen or cab wiring.
| IBX100 ISOBUS control unit | 4679004 |
| Cable UCS Tractor ↔ IBX100 (10 m) | 4679002.501A |
| Sensor harness + main valve + adjustment | 4679000.110 |
| Hydraulic harness - boom lifting (7 functions) | 4679000.191B |
| Section valve harness (5) | 4679000.195 |
❌ NIE you need: Delta 70T, adapter 4679002.208, harness 4679002.251 - you are using the factory terminal.
⚠️ If the tractor has multiple terminals VT - make sure that only one is active (to avoid conflict).
Delta 70T as a stand-alone (no ISOBUS in the tractor)
Your tractor does not have a socket ISOBUS or it doesn't work. The Delta 70T operates as a standalone unit—connected directly to the battery and sprayer.
| Terminal VT Delta 70T | 4675202 |
| IBX100 ISOBUS control unit | 4679004 |
| Monitor Adapter - UCS (Delta ↔ UCS) | 4679002.208 |
| Tractor harness NON-ISOBUS (stand-alone) | 4679002.400 |
| Cable UCS Tractor ↔ IBX100 (10 m) | 4679002.501A |
| Sensor harness + main valve + adjustment | 4679000.110 |
| Hydraulic harness - boom lifting (7 functions) | 4679000.191B |
| Section valve harness (5) | 4679000.195 |
🔄 Difference vs. Variant 1: harness NON-ISOBUS 4679002.400 instead of 4679002.251 — powered by the tractor battery without a socket ISOBUS.
