JAR-MET Meadow & Field Drag Harrow – manual folding

Leveling and pasture maintenance

The drag harrow tidies turf after winter, breaks crusting and levels molehills and ruts. Four rows of working modules ensure even performance across the width.

  • Breaks clods and surface crusting.
  • Levels the surface and stretches crop residues.
  • Better turf aeration for faster regrowth.

Manual folding and stable transport

Side frames fold manually and lock for transport. Three-point hitch stabilises the set on road transfers. Recommended working speed up to 7 km/h.

  • Simple handling and quick set-up.
  • Transport locks and safety chains.
  • Consistent tracking with 4 rows, 550 mm tooth pitch.

Tri-arm tine and connecting ring – working module

Tine & connecting ring

The tri-arm tine breaks crusting and levels turf, while the ring gives flexible, durable section connections. Modules work in 4 rows across the whole width.

Section joints & frame design

Harrow construction

Centre frame with side frames and 3-point hitch create a stiff, robust base. Pin joints and chains secure parts during work and folding.

Guide skids

Guide skids

Skids act as runners: they support sections on uneven ground, limit accidental digging-in, spread load on turf and stabilise working depth.

Key solutions

Four rows, 550 mm tooth pitch, flexible couplings and manual folding equal simple handling, durability and safe transport.

Standard equipment

  • Three-point hitch.
  • 4 rows, 550 mm pitch.
  • Rings between sections for better ground following.
  • Manual side-frame folding with transport lock.
  • Safety chains and locks.
