Feed mixer H006
Efficient mixing of dry feed
Dry feed. Even and repeatable
H006 mixes cereal and protein meals with mineral‑vitamin premixes in a dry fraction. The rotor with spring teeth breaks agglomerates and reduces ingredient segregation. For uniformity aim for about 400 rpm and a fill level up to 3/4 of the tank.
- Drive via gearbox; PTO up to 540 rpm.
- Top screen and guards on moving parts.
- Simple operation and easy cleaning of the mixing drum.
Feed mixing process
Pour grain and components through the screen, engage the PTO and set about 400 rpm. Fill to the recommended level and mix until uniform. Slides control dust‑free discharge.
- 500 Nm overload clutch protects the gearbox.
- Collapsed PTO shaft length – 610 mm.
- Can serve as a concrete mixer when mortar is needed on the farm.
Hydraulic motor
Alternative to PTO. Stable work with municipal tractors.
Hydraulic outlets
Precise discharge from the cab.
Self-loading shovel
Fast loading of meals and additives without a loader.
