The “ERIS” knife roller is a machine used for cutting and shredding cover crops and harvest residues of corn, sunflower and rapeseed. It is equipped with cutting shafts with a diameter of 360 mm and spiral knives working in tandem. It heavy construction and high weight, it ensures exceptionally quiet operation even at high operating speeds, resulting in even better fragmentation of plant material. The roller frame is suspended on rubber shock absorbers, it maintains the working depth very precisely and does not transmit vibrations to the hitch and the tractor. Each knife on the roller is made of high-quality, hard-wearing steel, their spiral shape ensures more efficient work and spontaneous sharpening of the cutting edge, thanks to which the knives guarantee many years of work at the highest quality. The independent construction of the working frame allows the machine to follow a curved track and copy unevenness.
