Owners and company structure
The company JAR-MET was founded as a General Partnership on 28 February 1991 in the village of Jarnice by two brothers-in-law – Dariusz Sińczuk and Tomasz Sternicki, who have been running it continuously to this day.
For over three decades, they have managed the company, overseeing technological development, international expansion and investment in a modern machine park. Thanks to their consistent decisions, JAR-MET has become a brand recognised on many continents.
